Thanjavur
I'm Back. From my India trip, that is. There I finally managed to visit the 'Big Temple' in Thanjavur. As I went around, it occurred to me that every member of my family in all the thousand years of this temple's existence is most likely to have worshiped here! Chilling! And whats more some of them may have even personally had a darshan of the other GOD - Rajarajan. Cool!

my knowledge of temples is poor but the kopuram on first/second pic looks like north indian?
lovely. I cant say the ancestor thing for myself (high, iyyer, iyengar) though.
